’s authorities have decided to offer no entrance fee to for all visitors in the occasion of this Tet Holiday.
The policy is applied from the first day of Lunar year (23 January 2012) to the third day (25 January 2012). No charge is required to visit Hue Ancient Citadel complex, including Royal Palace, An Dinh Palace, Tomb of Tu Duc, Minh Mang and Khai Dinh. Usual services are fully provided.

At present, the entrance fee to Hue Royal Citadel is at VND 30,000 - 50,000 for domestic visitors and VND 55,000 (USD 2.5) for foreign guests. An Dinh Palace is an exception with tickets price at VND 100,000 (USD 4.8).
Royal Citadel and other relics in the Ancient Citadel complex could be considered the most attractive destinations of this allured city. Most of them were constructed during Nguyen Regime in 18th and 19th Century when this dynasty placed its capital in Hue. Fortunately, major of the citadel complex have been preserved with minor destruction.
