Ingredients

• 1 Pullet - 3 pounds
• 1 Pound crab meat
• ½ Pound ground meat
• 3 Tbsp shredded mushroom
• 2 Tbsp shredded cabbage
• 2 Tbsp sliced carrot
• 1 Tsp of fish sauce
• 1 Tsp of spice
• ½ Tsp of pepper
• Cooking oil

Detail Recipe

• Wash clean the pullet, take out its bones
• Wash crab, steam well, separate its meat, stir fry the meat
• Add fish sauce, spice, pepper to the pullet, then put ground meat, crab meat, mushroom and carrot into the inner, roll over the pullet
• Steam for 30 minutes, take out to be cool, then fry until it is yellow

Serving suggestion: serve hot with vermicelli and fish sauce or cooked rice
